Departing from Battleship Hamamatsu to initiate a daily patrol from Honshu to Tohoku with the following waypoints:
Honshu: E4 - C4 - C2 - B2-1
Hokkaido: F3 - F3
Tohoku: F7 - D6 - D4 - E4 - F5
As I was initiating the coordinates from D4 to E4 in Tohoku, I saw something bright from some klicks away.
I decided to deviate from my patrol path to have a better look to whatever was the thing I was looking from afar.
My instruments had difficulty to pick up the pulsion emissions of this rift, but from what I can believe, it is probably a jump hole. I do not know where it leads to, but I will wait further orders to investigate this in details.
I then returned to Honshu and docked to Kansai Research Institute.

After sending a transmission to the high command of the Kusari Naval Forces, I asked to my commanding officer if he was willing to allow an expedition to my finding in the Tohoku system. The answer was positive however, I was charged to do it alone. I then departed from Kansai Research Institute to the Tohoku system. I then reached the coordinate F3.
After entering the jump hole, I arrived in a green nebula. My navigational map was not completely filled. I then started the engines to explore a bit further.
According to what I could gather as intel, the system is filled with stations and I believe they are not friendly stations. I managed to keep a low profile so no one could detect me. I also discovered two jump holes besides the one I came from. One is located to the sector G5 and the second one at C7. One thing is sure, if I need to go further, a simple fighter won't do it unless I am assisted.
There was also that impression of being observed I felt during my flight in the system. Even if there was nothing, I had the impression something was observing me.
As for now, I will stick to Kusari and patrolling like always.
