To whom it may concern,

As CEO of Galway Frontiers, I am writing to address a pressing logistical challenge. Our operations in the Dublin system have yielded an unprecedented volume of refined gold. Even with every available transport being scrambled for use in hauling our high-quality product, stockpiles continue to build. The situation has reached an untenable point, and we risk losing an immense amount of product in the event of a total loss of Lisheen by an overwhelming Molly attack. Now that the House of Kusari has secured its bid for this new influx of gold — guaranteed to be a major boon to Kishiro's high-tech industrial activities, as you are no doubt aware — our collaboration is more crucial than ever.

While both the Scarborough and Portsmouth Shipyards are currently working overtime building Shires and Shetlands, the material requirements of these vessels dictate that they take months to construct, and further time still to shake down and certify for flight. We have examined our available options, and have found the Bumblebee-class to be both easy to produce and cheap to fuel. We believe that this makes it an ideal choice for safely transporting gold on the long and perilous journey through the Tau Sectors connecting our two great Houses.

Therefore, Galway Frontiers would like to purchase seven — with the option to acquire an additional three at a later date — Bumblebee transports at a price of 230,795 Sirian Credits each, or, if this is not possible, lease ships from your own fleet, at an agreed-upon rate. Additionally, should these vessels perform to expectations, we may consider the purchase of additional Akegata-class heavy transports to complement our current fleet of Shires.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as we strive to meet the ever-growing demand for Galway Frontiers gold, renowned across Bretonia and — indeed — all of Sirius for its unparalleled quality and purity.

Yours sincerely,

Wilfred Percival Kingsley
Chief Executive Officer, Galway Frontiers

Mister Kingsley.

Allow me to formally apologize for the delay. Kishiro Technologies, in no means, wished to offend or disappoint such a reliable business partner as your company. Internal reshuffling paired with the much needed influx of Gold led to an astonishing amount of overtime work across departments, so I can only assume your communication was lost to the communication department's lacklustre performance. A matter I will address at our weekly board meeting.

Seiichi Ōkubo, Head of Honshu Regional Logistics, at your disposal. Our scientific endeavors at the Kansai Research Institute require a continued influx of goods and 'Bumblebee' transports happen to be the mainstay of these operations. A reliable, cheap to operate and construct vessel with optimal fuel efficiency ratings. We possess a surplus of approximately fifteen vessels, ranging from three months to two years in age, kept in operational status to meet extraordinary supply demands whenever required.

These days, the importance of Gold logistic fleets by far outweights our own needs and should you not mind utilizing very slightly used transports, we would be willing to part ways with ten of them for 175.000 credits each.
