[Systems] Minefield X-509 scanner range - Shinju - 07-09-2024

Bug: Apparently there is something wrong with vissibility or scanner range
Reproduction Steps:
- Go to Omicron-Pi
- Get into X-509 Minefield and notice everything dissapeared from scanner range, even in tabs in HUD
- Get to The Chaser wreck, that's not vissible on HUD as well
- Shoot The Chaser wreck, no HP goes down, no loot is vissible
- Leave X-509, suddenly you can see loot from The Chaser
- Enter X-509, loot is gone again even when selected
Additional Information: Apparently missiles you shoot in X-509 are invissible as well.
