An incomplete document was recovered from a zoner derelict in KU space two days ago. The informal nature of this document suggests it was originally a draft not meant to be delivered. The quality of the files is degraded. Confidence in this intel remains, as always, suspect. Most of this is inert without context. Not much is known about these secret scanner systems. No other leaflets contain any language or specs on these scanners. If they use nomadic material they could be dangerous. We have not been able to determine which intelligence agency collected this data.

It seems like Kishiro is bypassing their laws and their socio-political entities to gain more centralized power. The situation in Kursari is already fragile, so we might be able to play this to our advantage and get ourselves a seat in the KU government. That will be handled from the top, however.

As for the military ships being moved, we can sell this data to Bretonia. I am sure they can use the technical specs and locations of these new vessels.

YOUR MISSION:

Sell the military data to our contact in Leeds without the scanner talk. That means all mentions related to it. Do it as fast as you can. You are also being assigned to listening post 00-1A0-KU. Check-in by 14/08. Your goal is to find out more about these scanners, what they do, and how we can obtain one. It might be possible to acquire one if we nab one of the extra destroyers. Presuming they are fitted. If not, demo the lot. Inside the file are traces that we are still working on, I will send you what we have so far and you can work on the rest. Oh, poke the LSF to see if they are interested in this intel but redact most of it. They haven't earned our trust yet so make them work for this info.

Twenty-three (23) Destroyers were completed from May - July 30th of 818AS. The amount within this contracted called for 3.2 billion credits or Twenty (20) Destroyer class War Vessels. However three (3) Destroyers extra had been produced for spare superframes for the next contract. Even though the Kanushu, Susumu, and the Yukawa are completely fit for military service they have no fleet captains to commission them. Thus they will sit in Kishiro - Yukawa shipyard until August 5th 818AS. Then after they will be moved to Junichi Depot.
A new contract from Naval Forces has been erected for a new type of scanner. The technologies involved with these new scanners are highly classified. Kishiro Technologies has purchased grand amounts of Iridium and Nomadic material samples from UM and LTI. With or without any consent with the Government bodies Kishiro has obtained various items from sources unnamed and not wired payments (Physical money transfers). Whichever be the case Kishiro is planning to release these scanner 30 in prox, for military use only. The uses for such scanners has not been declared.
Reportedly Kishiro Technologies is suffering production loss of 30% and respectively increases the longer the wars carry on. With the restrictions of trade with Liberty, went into effect early in the quarter, Kishiro was crippled in it’s mass-production line. Kishiro states that Liberty is the cheapest venue and a source of finished goods. While Rhineland fails to have the girth of commence that Liberty can pushes out. Kishiro is , despite the lost of production, expanding. Thus so will also include working territory deals with GMG in the Sigma’s. While also zoning territories in Keplar and Galileo. Kishiro has set aside 4 billion credits for new territories and began surveying systems exterior of the Kusari Empire.
