2. What exactly are you requesting?
To be able to use the 3 Hels mentioned below with 100% tech-compatibility with a DTR ID, and the right to modify the loadout for said ships at will without additional requests.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
To evaluate future ship designs using the information gathered from these Hels, and even to put them to use at all, it will be necessary to have full tech-compatibility on these ships.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character?
The Hels will become part of the Deterrence's future military operations. I also have ideas to use these ships for other projects regarding cruisers, as kind of a proof of concept. It is also worth noting that the Praefect is really big as a cruiser, and it will be nice to have a smaller option.

7. Provide a cliffnote/summary for the links provided above.
The Deterrence makes deal with the Unioners and receives 3 "Hel" class cruisers in exchange for helping with one of their projects. These cruisers go untouched for a time, before a certain Alfonso Cornelius asks to bring these ships up to par with other designs via retrofit and put them into service. The retrofit occurs on Rhodes without many hitches, however to complete the weapons for said ships the Deterrence reaches out to the Junkers Congress. After failing to receive a response, they acquire part of the needed materials and ask OSI and the Order for the parts they cant directly acquire. After completing the weapons and installing them, the Hels are ready to be put into service to fight for the Imperio.
8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
For the Hels its been on and off, it started on the 28 of August 2022, before being put on the shelf for a while, and then restarting in late February of this year
