[Infocard] Font issue with Ōgama wreck in Stuttgart - Petitioner - 07-25-2024

Type: Ship Stats / Infocard / Systems / Effects / Equipment / Commodity / Server Config (choose one)
Bug: Agency FB lacks a character for Ō, causing the name of the wreck "Ōgama" to display as "▯gama" in the contacts list and when selected (though it works fine on mouseover-in-space and mouseover-on-navmap, as those textboxes do not use Agency FB).

Reproduction Steps:
  • Go to Stuttgart.
  • Fly to -23699 -914 -37474 Orient -3 67 0.
  • Target the Ōgama. Notice that it displays as ▯gama in some places but not others.
  • Press F9 and notice it displays fine there (except in the header).
  • Augh! Sottoscrivete! vineboom.mp3

Additional Information: I don't imagine we intend to edit the Agency FB font to add such missing characters (and I'd be surprised if we have any skilled font editors here in the community nowadays). My proposed solution is to replace the "Ō" in "Ōgama" with "Ou" (which is the most common way to represent Japanese long vowels in romaji when the macron-bearing characters are not available) with "Oo" (because the "Ō" here is romaji for 大, it would be "oo" rather than "ou") in the name ids but not in the infocard ids (since it works fine there). Alternatively, just "O" would work fine as well, save the absolute inevitability of weebs almost as autistic as me whining about it.

Maybe this isn't a problem because the missing character glyph ▯ sort of vaguely looks like a capital letter O anyway, but I thought I would post about it.

Editor's note: I have edited this post several times for clarity and to make absolutely sure it is accurate. The non-diacritic using version of the name for the name ids should be "Oogama" -- "Ougama" is wrong.
