I am certain you have been briefed, by now, on the success of the mission to construct an installation in orbit of Planet Tuvalu. I have already reached out to my compatriots in Rheinland on the topic of this very base and the response has been very positive. Furthermore, I have delegated 776-28X, our newly-developed artificial intelligence system, on establishing contact with the Liberty Navy and Security Force on Grootegeluk Depot, with the hope that they too may become partners of APM on the project.
At present, we are working over the finishing touch to the depot preparing the last few cargo bays for more Azurite Gas and Xeno Relics, freshly retrieved from Planet Knossos. I have, however, a request to make;
During my frequent transits between Capetown, Durban and Yaren stations, I have made note of the fact that the old AP-609 hull christened as WV Jupiter remains unused and within Durban Drydock A, in a state of never-ending maintenance. Seeing as I and my teams have already succeeded at establishing an orbital base at the outskirts of contested frontier space, it is my request that I am allowed to take over the maintenance of the WV Jupiter.
Moving forward, should this appeal for change go through without any complaints from The Core's High Command, I also ask that you authorize me to contact our esteemed allies in the Colonies, with the purpose of:

- Rheinland Military; Buro - for the purpose of cooperating towards upgrading the hull and increasing the total hangar capacity, with the aim of creating a hybrid design utilizing the knowledge gained from the refitting of WV Bellona for carrier operations and the refitting of WV Mars for deep space and breakthrough missions;
- Daumann Heavy Constructions - for the purpose of assisting Military, Buro advisors in shipbuilding and providing detailed schemes for upgraded hangar bays, similar by design to those fitted onto Bismarck-class warships;
- Rheinland Government - to obtain access within Rheinland space and for the requisitioning of one shipyard berth at Oder Shipyard.
- Rheinland Military; Buro - for the purpose of cooperating towards upgrading the hull and increasing the total hangar capacity, with the aim of creating a hybrid design utilizing the knowledge gained from the refitting of WV Bellona for carrier operations and the refitting of WV Mars for deep space and breakthrough missions;
- Within Kusari;
- Kishiro Technologies - to inquire upon the possibility of installing a prototype jump drive device inside the Jupiter's hull;
- Kusari Government - to obtain access within Kusari space and for the requisitioning of one shipyard berth at Yukawa Shipyard during maintenance, should Kishiro or Kusari Nasal Forces experts assist us in the project.
- Kishiro Technologies - to inquire upon the possibility of installing a prototype jump drive device inside the Jupiter's hull;
- Gas Miners Guild - to obtain passage through Sigma-17; Sigma-13 should our talks with Rheinland be fruitful.
