While at this time the First Fleet is not in need of the goods available from the facility you informed us of, we may need them in the future, and appreciate you reaching out to let us know of such availability. Due to obvious issues with bringing these supplies through to Liberty in a secure manner, I will be speaking to the Admiralty Board about the possibility of allowing registered APM ships to one of our secure facilities for delivery of goods if they are ordered. My name is Agent Winter. I'm the Agent-in-Charge of Section-41, a sub-section of the greater Liberty Security Force. I've been cleared to speak to you via this comm. link.

Commander Keller has the right of it. The various resources obtained via the Omicrons--and other edge world systems--are highly controlled. The various materials that you mention are considered extremely dangerous in the wrong hands and much of their purpose is still not fully understood even by our most astute researchers. Section-41 would be interested in working with you concerning these tasks, but we will defer to the judgement of the Liberty Navy and our Government concerning the transportation of these goods, materials, and technologies through our space. Until we hear back from them, any partnership at this time is impossible.
