[Systems?] Cordova Shipping Platform Bar Softlock - Straws - 08-17-2024

Bug: Click on Bar, get stuck on black screen
Reproduction Steps:
- Step 1: Go to Magellan, dock with Cordova Shipping Platform
- Step 2: Click Bar
- Step 3: Base HUD element at the top disappears, every other element stays, rest of the screen goes black. Soft locked.
- Step 4: Log out to fix
Additional Information: I found this bug at ~08:30:00 UTC before the restart at 09:00:00 UTC. This bug is still in the game after restart. Other Bars work fine. Other features on Cordova also work fine. I'm a Kishiro/Kishiro Heavy Tanker.
