Guten Tag.

I am Setsuna Kobayashi, head of the Mizurashi Diplomatic Section, of Battlegroup Ouroboros. We are the successor organization of the long lost Ouroboros Revolutionary Group that attempted to establish a resistance to royalist and conservative power in Kusari in the mid-820s. I am reach out to you on behalf of our commander, Nodoka Hanamura.

We recently reobtained access to the Neural Net after 8 years of cryosleep during conventional flight, following the loss of our flagship to a freak energy wave causing devestating damage to its' jump drive and powerplant - Our movement, even with our now smaller numbers, still aspires to return to Kusari one day, and move to push the house towards democratic, human rights, cultural and social welfare reforms.

Battlegroup Ouroboros in the meantime, intends to establish and build strong relations with likeminded movements across Sirius, and attempt to build our numbers back up as to re-attempt placing a foothold into Kusari once more. As such, to quote the LIbertonian adage - we would like to scratch your back, in the hopes that it may be reciprocated - and build a relationship between our causes. We may not be anarchists like you are - but we understand that even with that, the belief of power and rights of the individual is shared, and from that, we can build a strong bond moving forward.

That being said, we are still currently working our way towards known space, and should be arriving within the next 45 days. We do have intelligence gathering drones on standby as part of contingency efforts, and we are willing to afford using them for assisting The Platform with any related matters it may need, and extend further support once we are logistically able to do so, which should be within 60 days, if not less.
