Okay, I'm putting this out for all to see.
Dab, Kane, I'm barring you *BOTH* from engaging eachother until this apparent "pissing contest" is over with. This little rule worked for us once before, Dab, back when I had that issue with Wraith, so I'm using it here.
It's *VERY* apparent that you two have very serious issues with eachother (don't even bother to argue with me on this one, Dab. Don't even try.) and it's escalating to the point where kane is ready to leave Discovery for good. This is not acceptable.
If either one of you violates this rule in-game, I will start issuing bans. starting with a 3-day band, then 2 week, and finally a semi-permanent ban until this situation is resolved.
Dab, you are *NOT* to engage Kane in any way, fashion, or form. That includes provoking him in chat. kane cannot engage you in the same fashion. in fact, leave eachother alone COMPLETELY in-game until this whole situation is over with.

As this problem is now solved, the Asgard <-> Phantom restriction is now lifted. Dab, Kane, and both factions can now engage each other.
This time, don't piss of each other, don't make it personal, and keep it IC.
