I am Lya Roche answering on behalf of the Guildmaster. The Guild hasn't had a chance to interact with the Ouroboros Revolutionary Group in the past. I would like to know more about the Battlegroup and its plan for future actions especially in support of our fellow miners in Dublin.

But before we begin I would like to hear the Battlegroup Ouroboros’s stand on the proliferation of cardamine.

To be honest, I did not expect Battlegroup Ouroboros to have such a history. The media in Kusari and the KOI must have worked hard to keep your group out of the public view.

As for the maskers drug, the Guild, during its patrol across the Taus, has managed to intercept shipments—enough to keep a small stock of it on standby. Most of it is currently being funneled to the freed slaves of Malta who joined the Guild or those still on Freeport. Depending on the amount needed by the Battlegroup, we might be able to supply it or, in the worst case, delay the inevitable.

With the concerns of Stabiline's safety that have appeared recently and additional rise of the drugs price the guild has found it easier to simply supply our afflicted member with the cardamine from the smugglers we manage to intercept. Recently they have increased in their numbers after the slave revolution.

If the Battlegroup Ouroboros is fine with using Stabiline the guild could supply you with some of our left over stock. As for cardamine we should be able to provide you with a stable amount as soon as the refugees from Freeport 10 are settled and the Guild has a full account of them.

Where to start... First off would be the slave rebellion. The Guild has been quietly supplying the slaves trapped on Malta with both supplies and armaments, which enabled them to launch a full-blown rebellion against the Outcasts. The attack caught the Outcasts off guard, giving us and the Crayter Republic the opportunity to attempt a takeover of the space above Malta. Unfortunately, the Outcasts managed to reorganize and strengthen their defense fleet with reinforcements from Omicron Theta, forcing our combined forces out of the system. However, not before we, alongside the rebels, succeeded in damaging Malta's infrastructure, forcing the Outcasts to focus on internal matters for three years, which resulted in a massive Cardamine shortage across the sector.

In the aftermath of the rebellion, the shortage of Cardamine caused countless deaths due to withdrawal symptoms. Many of those affected needed an alternative, and as you're already aware, that alternative became stabiline. According to Cryer, the drug was supposed to solve the withdrawal issue. However, what isn't often mentioned is that stabiline doesn't always work. There are many such cases, with one of the most high-profile being that of a famous pop singer from Liberty—though her name escapes me at the moment.

We in the Guild feel a responsibility to warn you about the potential failure of stabiline in treating addiction among your members. It may not be the guaranteed solution it's made out to be.
