Please let me introduce myself. My name is Lucas Garmendia and I am a Logistics Officer for the Deterrence currently stationed at Freeport 9 in the Omicron Theta system. On the Freeport, Corsairs and Zoners are living and working together hand in hand to maintain and repair the station to the gloria it once had before the conflict.

Our ingenieros have recently made some progress with the repairs of the biodomes on Freeport 9 substantially boosting our food, water and oxygen production on the station. I have heard about the chronically low supplies of these resources on Planet Pygar and therefore would offer to establish a new stable supply line between the Freeport and Pygar. More specifically, we could deploy three Essedarius transports filled food rations, oxygen and water as a permanent supply line from Freeport 9 to Planet Pygar.

As you might imagine there is also something that we would need in return. In order to fully repair Freeport 9 with its biodomes to its former pre-conflict status, clear the wrecks surrounding the station and improve the design on multiple wings and decks we require some additional materials from your side. After successful delivery of our supplies to your planet, we would plan to pick up construction machinery available on Pygar and robotics, which can be imported from the nearby Corfu Station. These materials would be of great importance in our efforts to repair the Freeport to its original beauty and beyond.

With your permission to moor at Planet Pygar, I would arrange the dispatch of the transports from our side and start with the establishment of the supply line. I am sure this agreement would benefit both of our sides and further strengthen the bond between our people.

Good Day Mr Garmendia
I am glad to hear that the residents of Freeport 9 are managing to co-exist and work together. Indeed I have heard the same from those who have ventured Planet side from the Freeport.
Unfortunately what you have heard of Pygars current supply issues im ashamed to say are true. Despite our best effort's getting Biodomes and Water Extractors built and functioning are proving more of a challenge then first thought.
The Re-opening of the Supply line between Pygar and Freeport 9 is going to be a massive boost to the morale of my people, and will serve to reduce the pressure my Engineers are under as well as allow me to relax the rationing rules.

Though we have the equipment you are requesting, I lack the Ships to move it in any sort of large capacity. With that in mind I would recommend contacting OSI, they should be able to move the machinery you need without effort. This can be their part of the plan to repair Freeport 9 as per the Treaty.

So moving forward, your ships have permission to Moor and dock at Pygar.

Muchas gracias for the quick reply on this matter and your permission for our transports to moor on Planet Pygar. Right after receiving your message, I ordered three Essedarius transports to supply food rations, water and oxygen from Freeport 9 to Planet Pygar in a regular manner. In fact, the ships have already arrived there and are currently unloading their cargo. I have just received their delivery reports and attached them for you below this message. This was only the first of many supply runs we are planning in the future and I hope our deliveries will be of good use for the people living on Pygar.

Regarding the repair materials and equipment, I will contact OSI soon with more details for delivering those from Planet Pygar and Corfu base as you suggested.
