Zey would also lack ze professional know-how to assess a potential zreat.

I am glad zat you can examine ze object. However, it is razer worrying zat you confirm my suspicions. Your information about ze Spandau Prison are partially correct, alzrough not entirly true. Ze inmates get a place, which you can call 'housing'. But it's razer a prison cell zan a quarter. Ze main purpose of ze Spandau Prison is ze simplification of ze transfer to ze penal colony Hammersee. It was placed in ze heart of Rheinland wiz ze intention in mind, to get all criminals from ze different governmental systems in one place. We also provide a centralized court house and as result of zis we release innocent pilots captured during patrols. I will attach you ze initial application, which got approved by ze Reichstag.

Zat being said, of course we are interested in your offer as it would fit ze intention ideally. Ze current bounty for criminal pilots is 100 sc. Zis is 130% of ze one, ze Mecklenburg Prison in Lüneburg is offering. Unnessecary to say, zat we follow our own laws and ships of ze Büro already have docking access according to §7.9.1.. I would like to know, if you are offering a steady supply of pilots or if zis would be a one time transfer.
