My name is Caitlyn Cross, I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I hope this message finds you well. We are Business Partners now since the Liner Hawaii entered the Sigma 19 System in 791 AS. The Artifact Trade was a More than Lucrative business for the Corsairs, the Hogosha, and Orbital Spa and Cruise. From our Side, we believe that this Buissnes Relationship was founded both on Profits and Mutual Respect. Often I have Encountered ships of the Cretan House during my Travels and I was always Greeted with Friendly Words and Respect. Often this has led to a Voluntary Exchange of Goods or a Small Donation for Security Services that allowed me to Travel More Safely through the Borderworld. We know your men appreciate good food and drink just as we do, and we are pleased to share these with the expectation that our generosity is reciprocated and that such kindness may spare us from the treatment you reserve for other companies.

But Recent Encounters with one of your Members have sadly Raised the Need for some "Clarification". A Corsair Vessle by the Name of DTR-Verso.Magnesio Attacked both the Liner OS&C|TE|Wanderlust and the Supply Ship OS&C|ONE-Beefmaster. Both Attacks happened in Kusari Space and were done by the Usage of Cruise Disruptors. And while there wasn't any Hull Damage on the Ships, we have to Complain about the Abrupt Nature of the Stops that Caused Other Problems onboard of these Vessels. For the Liner, we have to report that Several Guests have Suffered Bruises and one Particular Old Lady has a Broken Wrist. Nothing that couldn't be handled by our Medical Staff on board but nonetheless an unpleasant event that Caused us to Offer the Woman Free Cruises for the Rest of her Life to Prevent Further PR Problems. Onboard of our Transport Ship, we had thankfully No one was Injured, but Several Crates of Expensive Kusarian Sake got Destroyed in the Sudden Stop. If this had been a Single Incident we would have ignored it and simply Collected the Insurance sums for the Cargo and the Injured Guests.

But as this had happened in such a Short time span and the Same Pilot was Involved in Both Incidents we have to ask for some Clarification in the Matter. We would Like to know what your Stance towards Orbital Spa and Cruise is and if this was a Regrettably isolated incident with this Certain Pilot, or if your Stance towards Orbital Spa and Cruise has Changed in any Way. In the Later Case would like to know what we did to provoke such a reaction. And what we can do to smooth things over and find our way back to the old friendly relationships between us.

Those days, the Imperio is in a expansionist campaign to all his borders, so our flotillas are really active in all the fronts, as far as I am aware, its a long time since OSC paid the artifact smuggling taxes, I am correct?

You're entering and leaving our Atmosphere, we open our borders for you guys without, usually, asking much but some friendly donations to the Imperio's war accounts. I do believe we will have to find a common ground, because would be a shame that some heavy ordinance bombers would appear nearby planet Hiran, and drop some anti ship torpedoes on some liner.

So, to prevent any further escalation, and seen you guys would absolutely love to continue the most lucrative business you have across Kusari, Liberty, and even Rheiland, let's make a proper treaty, that I am sure will benefit both parts. In the end, I am man of war, but also a man of business, and life is about negotiating, isn't it?

What could you offer to me that could make me have the proper talks with the border patrol commanders and the war fleet admirals so they stop the hostilities against OSC, meanwhile they do not supply our enemigos, of course.

Our Good Hilda is a Traveling Cook and one of the Best that Orbital Haves to offer, I myself have enjoyed her cuisine a lot in the Past. Well, looks like the gato also have some claws, I was treating, more than giving some options. But reality is, we do really have some business to attend, lucrative, that high class bastardos love our artifacts, don't they? and without those, you guys wouldn't get that "small" business.

As it is, miss Caitlyn, what you're proposing me is a good deal, you could realize that payment to our proxy account DTR-Vision. When the donation is done, I will consider this treaty sealed. The Imperial accountant will take great care that this more than gorgeous donation will be used to build orphanages, schools, or teach our valorous teenagers of Crete how to wield an assault rifle. I am not much into this type of politics nowadays, not gonna lie, so I trust in the good will of the people. For the rest of conditions you offer, of course our comandantes would love to relax in the liners, aswell as Curacao and Baden Baden, what a good planet, beauty-full beaches, I am right? a shame its full of Rheilanders who don't like much the Corsair presence.

Nevertheless, since you have experience supplying stations and planets, we could need some specific materials some days for some projects that would surely gave OSC some creditos, maybe in the future we could arrange some, if you guys would like it. A shame Cryer got pounded in the vicinity, they managed to hide so many interesting cargo in they'r transports, not sure why we did not worked together in developing a bio-weapon and test it in our "amigos", the Malteses.

Regarding that resort, that would be a bit dangerous, not for us, of course, but I am sure the population of Crete might need some time to get adapted to you before any kind of project like this is done, maybe in the future. But feel free to dock at moore at Freeport 9, its already on repairs, and some mooring ports have been repaired, as well, to check the high orbit of planet Dor, it does have beautiful views of the south pole planetary eruptions.

I am happy that we came to an Agreement that benefits both of us, and as you mentioned that the Donation will be used for Humanitarian Purposes I Decided to Throw in another 500.000 Credits from my Own Coffers to help your people even more. I am always up for helping people have a better life. I wasn't Born as the Mighty CEO of Orbital that I am today. I come from Humble Beginnings and Worked my way up in the Company from a Simply Junker Born Engenier to where I am today. So if this Money is used to do some good for the people of Malta then I am all for it to give them a better chance in Life with that Money.

As for your Question about our Logistics fleet, I have to tell you that we have only a Verry Small amount of Extra Capacity as our Ships are hard at work to supply all of our Liners and Planets with the Highly Demanded Goods that our Guests expect to Buy and to Consume while they are enjoying a Holiday with us. But of course, we might be able to find some space on our Time Tables to Squeeze in a Litle Extra Job for our Friends at Crete.

Indeed, life is about business. What you propose about Curacao indeed is a good idea, I am not sure how Libertonian authorities will react to several convoys of Hogosha, Corsairs, or other vessels full of artifacts. But in the end, it sure would be profitable. How will you guys justify to the Fontana freeport rookies that they are about to lose some artifact influx because its going to Curacao?

I was reading the terms do you propose, and Caitlyn, we sure have to do some changes, let me be clear, we can't sign and forget, there are some terms I want to propose that of course will clarify and benefit both.

As you have mentioned the Libertonian Response to the Selling of Artifacts on Curacao. I have talked with some of my fellow Directors at Orbital Spa and Cruise and we might have found a Solution to this Problem. You see we had a Litle Agreement with the Liberty Insurgency to Park one of our Liners in Orbit of Planet Iridescencia. The Liner Barbados was there for many years and now that the Insurgency is gone the only Ship that is left in that System. So we would have a Discrete Selling Point that is only 3 Jumps away from New York and California where many of our Rich Customers live. On top of that, we would also have a much more easily controllable Security Situation where we could keep out all these annoying Wanabe Detectives and Reporters.

For now, I have Read your Proposed Terms and I am inclined to Agree to it. But I would like to make a little addition to Rule Number 1.

I would say that this would be all the Changes that we would like to make in this Regard. All the other things are acceptable to us and could be understood as common Contractual courtesy. I think that these are fair Rules. But you should know that OS&C is the Mother Company and Ruler of Curacao and the Liners. We also have independent captains who work under some kind of franchise model and will probably not play after the rules of this treaty. But to be honest we dont really Care for these Captains and Ships and are only interested that they pay their Franchise Fees when they Sign the Contracts.

If you can Agree to this then please send me the Treaty with your Signature so I can Sign it too. Afterward, I will Inform our Captains and Pilots about the New Rules.

Yes, these Terms are Acceptable. But after some more talks with the Leader of Our Triton Expedition Division which is responsible for the Borderworlds business, we concluded that the Liner Barbados would be a Better and More Secure Option for an Artifact Selling Point. The Liner Barbados is in the Vespucci System, which would be a more secure option. The liner in orbit of Planet Iridescencia is the Last Beacon of Humanity in the System after the Combined Fleets of Liberty and Bretonia defeated the Insurgency. This would also keep the Heat away from our Capitol of Curacao as we could simply blame the Capitan of the Barbados for being a "Corrupt" Individual. Otherwise, I have the Fear that we could Maybe share the Fate of the Insurgency and find an Invasion Fleet from Liberty and Bretonia on our Doorstep.

The Remote Location of the Liner would give us a Better Security Situation as we could Prevent Wanabe Detectives and Reporters from Sticking their noses into things where they dont belong. We would be close enough to the Core Worlds of Liberty like Manhattan and Los Angeles, as well as Curacao to attract the super-rich and Famous that want some of these Pretty Purple Space Gems.

For the Final Delivery, we could Hire the Junkers to Bring the shipments for the Final Delivery to our Rich Customers. Then we could also see if the Junkers are willing to bring something in Return to the Barbados that you would need on Planet Crete. And whatever this is I can promise you that Orbital will Turn a Blind Eye to Crates that are getting Exchanged. For now, I am transmitting my SIgnature to the Contract. I think the Location of the Selling Point is a Thing that we can Decide Without Holding back the Rest of the Contract.

You're a capable woman, senyora Caitlyn, maybe I will have to take some vacations on Curacao so we can meet in person.

You'r proposition is really good, and we will be having a conversation with the logistics department of the Deterrence in order to establish a route from Crete to the Barbados, I am sure they will contact one of your muchachos in order to acquire some essential information for they'r planing. I dislike those house paid journalists, they can't even do an O with a cigar, and they want to put they'r narices, sometimes, too close to the Imperio's arms. We know how to treat them anyway, I will not tell you how, of course, be creative.

Would be really interesting if you guys could acquire a line with some arms, light arms. I have been told OSC does not work with those commodities, but I am really confident our common friends that love scrap will sure know how to get those. Our flotillas will go trough really dangerous sectors in order to arrive to that wasteland you call Vespucci.
