Evening.
I recommend using the search function for such dilemmas in the future. When such massive HP drops happen, it's usually down to two things; server-side issues, which fall under announcements, or a siege. In your case, the base came under siege by the Rheinland Authorities, more specifically the Police factions. I will ping the person in question in the RM Discord to bring you up to speed on what happened.
