That's going to be a bit more complicated than a flat fee. I do have a rental in mind already, but that's going to cost me about.... a 100k per day, plus 200k in deposit. I'd estimate it to around 350.000 in the best possible case. As for the worst? Let's not even mention that, I'd hate to manifest it through sheer willpower.
