CIS to the people of the Coalition

This is a open comm to those who have the internal frequency to the Coalition. Members of SCRA, members of NWI, and all independent Coalition captain's and fighter pilots, this is Commander Ivan Stroganov of the CIS, we have been sitting idle for to long now and it is time for all of us to come to gather and make a push out and show our enemies that we mean business. We have allies within Bretonia, and Rheinland territories, and it is time to remind them that we are here. It is time for us to mass in force, push the Corsairs back and remind them who really owns the Omegas, show Rheinland that they are not as strong as they think they are, and show Bretonia that they cannot suppress our allies in Dublin. I know that we in the CIS have been quiet and sadly we are not as big as we were before. I am sad to say we are way less then half as big as we were, but the few that I can call to arms will be there ready for battle. Rather if the CIS dies out or even merges under one of the other many factions with in the Coalition, I would like to have said that I have tried to bring all of us together. Anyone with in the Coalition is welcome to respond to this, I am helping to those that do are able and willing to join us who plan on taking the fight in force.
