Guten Tag, to the various cells of the Landwirtrechtbewegung.

I am Setsuna Kobayashi, head of Mizurashi Diplomatic Section, Battlegroup Ouroboros. We are the successor organization of the Kusari-based Ouroboros Revolutionary Front, which briefly engaged in conflict with Kusari and the GMG in 825 AS prior to our disappearance in deep space. Suffice to say, the propaganda about our demise from state authorities and our domestic rivals is nothing short of wishful thinking, on their part.

We have been monitoring developments within your movement in recent weeks since our return to Sirius, and wish to establish diplomatic ties. Whilst our movement is currently re-amassing forces, both you and us are in similar disarray, holding on to what we can to continue our causes, after setbacks pushed us both to the brink. Please express our thanks to those who rescued Frau Schroeder. And please, give her our regards, as well - we will keep her in our thoughts as she likely recovers from this tumultuous series of events.

Whilst one would wonder why a Kusari-originating faction would not side with potential allies in the Farmers' Alliance, we do sympathize with the people of Kyushu, just as we do for the farmers of Rheinland. But what we do not sympathize with is the neglect and abuse at the FA's hand to your cause - in fact, we will not tolerate it in any capacity. What could have been a united front for the blue collar workers in Agriculture of both houses, has been twisted by the hidden hand of the accursed Keiretsu and their unending pursuit of greed. Make no mistake - for as much as the FA could afford us, as it stands, they are no friends of ours, for surely we could be next, after the Landwirtrechtbewegung's betrayal at their hands were it not for this very blatant example shown before us of their loyalties.

The cause of the worker's rights is one that Ouroboros stands by, regardless of nation. As such, we wish to open relations with the various cells of the LWB, and provide whatever logistical and potentially combat support we can afford as a token of friendship.
