"I'm Alan Marshall, a Libertonian Freelancer. Ok, let's start at the beginning. Being born into military service had me moving from system to system all the time. While in grade school, I discovered my hero, Edison Trent. I wanted to be like him, without the sass, of course. By the time, I started flying I discovered my flaw, no sense of orientation! I couldn't tell if the enemy's gate was up or down. But, that's the thing with zero-g environments, in space there is no right-side up. However, I somehow passed my flight exam and took on jobs in Liberty as a Freelancer. Yet, I yearn for something more... to fight the Nomad menace, like Mr. Trent did once, before he vanished. I'm hoping some Navy rep can discover my potential, and give me an offer to enlist. Perhaps, they can help tackle my flight issue. Plus, I heard my parents were ambushed then eradicated by a Nomad/Wild Raiding party during a patrol in the Omicron systems. I hope they'll regret that, because I'm not my parents, and the Nomads will pay for their war crimes!"
