Subject: Texas - West Dallas Debris - Research Liner Hubble

To whom it may concern:

My name is James Weatherly, Denver born and raised. And currently enjoying retirement through flexible research assignments with the Starfliers (an independent research & exploratory organization specializing in interstellar anomalies and points of interest).

I’ve come to contact Liberty Administration after recently performing System Scans for DSE. I have also come to learn we have had previous joint ventures and wish to continue that spirit of scientific progress [see attachments below].

During a transition through Texas, I found myself near Dallas Debris Fields, noting the recent clean-ups that have transpired. Observing a disabled vessel, my approach revealed this vessel to be the long lost Research Liner Hubble. This Research Liner is the core of my reach out.

I have observed the positioning of the Hubble’s recording array, relative to its trajectory, and it is my belief the honored dead kept all arrays open to full for recording the destructive event to the end. As such, there may be undiscovered data stores that can provide insight to the final nanoseconds of the terrible event many centuries ago.

Normally, recovery is improbable around Dark Matter, due to both safety and electronic interference. However, recent innovations may make such recovery possible. Given the recent reduction of Dark Matter radiation accomplished remarkably by SOE & ALG, a lower risk approach is possible for medium-duration probes. I will also note, this may have also removed the ‘preserving’ nature of the Dark Matter cloud, allowing exposure to background radiation, typically mitigated through sufficient shielding.

I raise this to 1/ Suggest the opportunity for a joint research venture 2/ Request allowance or contract to perform Augur-class deep scans to recover Hubble’s banks (secured for Liberty’s research, with any findings raised to broader scientific community, pending clearance for community access)

To my knowledge this data has never been recovered. And would open the archive to what transpired 3 centuries ago. But if successful, it will ensure what was sacrificed is not lost to time.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

As always Safe Skies, and Godspeed

Mister Weatherly;

You are welcome to coordinate with Liberty Corporations to proceed with this research. However, please note, the Republic of Liberty accepts no liability for any damages to equipment, injury to personnel, or any other consideration thereof.

However, should you require any safeguard measures, I would advise contacting any of the Primary Fleets of the Liberty Navy, namely the First [LN], Fifth 5th| or the Forty-sixth Fleet 46th|.
