My name is James Salworth, owner and administrator for Tijuana Freeport and her local annex stations. Nearly five months ago, Tijuana was forced to close her doors to your people on account of threats by the Xeno Alliance and their partners in the local Gaian enclave. While I am pleased to inform you that we will no longer hold any such restriction against your vessels, as the station has been opened to any and all, I ask that any conflict with the Xeno Alliance or their Gaian friends be kept away from our station. They also called your people 'Legionnaires', which leads me to believe in some continuation of our once vaunted Hellfire Legion.

Throughout the betrayal of the Commonwealth, the dissolution of the Hellfire Legion, an' finally the destruction of the Insurgency as a real force, our Legionnaires were picked off like flies or scattered to the winds. Some found refuge among the Xenos, the Zoners, militant groups of whatever variety, or were forced ta make their ways on their own. With the passin' of years came a time when our old friends, the Auxesians, were able t'open their doors for those of us who survived an' didn't lose our way, actin' as our generous hosts and benefactors.
Our mission is simple, but not exactly easy:
Please keep in mind that yer under no obligation of any kind, during this critical period, to take any actions which put y'at risk of reprisal from the local yokels. Prometheus is well aware that they're vicious an' dangerous people, and that they've no concern for civilian lives or wellbeing. That said, should they or anybody else give y'any trouble whatsoever, the Task Force will stand by you an' fight to defend yer right to live in peace in what's left of your home. It's quite possible our allies and friends in the Technocracy would also be willin' to provide support, but I can't make commitments on their behalf.

To tell you the truth, I always did find the ranks used by the Legion's leadership to be perhaps the most interesting aspect of it all. 'Lord Commander', 'Grand Admiral'. Prometheus keeps with the tradition, and I welcome it wholly, Miss.
Frankly, I can't tell you how pleased I am to hear that our defenders are still dedicated to their mission, even after all this time. I had feared, as did many of my people that came from the Commonwealth, that it had been snuffed out for good, the carcass to be picked off by opportunists. I have never been so glad to be so wrong.
While I hope for Tijuana to serve as a true bastion of neutrality within Vespucci, the legacy of America, it would bring me no end of joy to see the Commonwealth return home to rebuild the dream. Perhaps in that aim there would be an effort to rehabilitate some of those that opposed the Commonwealth of old, or to provide assurances to those that we called friends before that the intent is true this time? Perhaps I have an aura of idealism, but I do remember the security such a united front blessed us with. It would be quite the sight to see that return, in one form or another.
In any event, I am grateful for the Legion's continued support. Though our recent attempts to establish an orbital facility over Guadalajara were pushed back on by the Gaians, the Society and I are still aiming to establish some manner of shuttle access to the planet's surface, both for scientific exploration as well as potentially studying the remnants left behind after the Navy's terrible bombardment. Should we reach that point, I'm certain the Society will have no qualms with providing the Legion with what notes they make of the surface. I myself am quite curious if my old office suite survived, or if it was buried under rubble. Time will tell.

As was relayed before, your people are quite close to the Technocrats of Auxo, frankly a group not even the good Administrator has had much contact with over his years. We understand their work with robotics and similar machinery are quite substantial, perhaps even unsurpassed, and the men and women of the Society have been curious about obtaining more capable service droids for use aboard their larger-grade cargo ships. Since your people work with the Technocracy so closely, we're interested in knowing if Prometheus can vouch for these claims.
Of course, the most direct source would be your benefactors themselves, but Mr. Salworth has insisted that I request your group's input first, as he says he trusts 'the Legion's judgement'.
On a secondary note, I've been asked to inform you that the Society has both the capacity to and interest in surveying the recent anomalous activity within the Ontario system, as well as providing shuttle access to the surface of Planet Guadalajara. Given Prometheus' history, the latter in particular was something the Administrator asked that I invite your people to take part in should you desire.
