Target Briefing: The target is a Rheinland national allegedly hired by Kishiro. Reports indicate they have used their civilian status to attempt to conduct espionage operations on behalf of an unknown organization. Additionally, they are suspected of smuggling arms to domestic and foreign terrorist organizations. They were last sighted emergency jumping to the Sigma-13 system after fleeing from Rheinland law enforcement officials. Despite these activities reports generally indicate the vessel's Captain is likely highly incompetent, and should prove easy to subdue with dedicated combat ships. They are however believed to be aware of several smuggling routes and may utilize jump holes to evade pursuit. You may exercise discretion in choosing whether to capture or eliminate the target.
