Short title

Preliminary 'Slog' commodity distribution prevention and consumption Act

Long title

to prohibit the transaction, importation, and exportation of the substance 'Slog,' (also known as 'Carix'), and to prevent the transport of individuals in possession thereof.

§1.1 — The definition of the 'Slog' commodity as a narcotic and psychotropic substance, classified as a banned commodity.

§1.2 — The possession, transaction, importation, or exportation of the 'Slog' commodity in any quantity is hereby prohibited.
Any individual found in possession of this narcotic will face legal consequences in Provence, until further information is revealed through ongoing investigation.
Preliminary intelligence reports has indicated the presence of this substance in the Gallic and Sirius sectors, with a high demand and presence in low-income regions.

§1.3 — To protect the population, of Provence and by extension, of the Gallic and Sirian sectors, the 'Slog' commodity will be considered as a banned narcotic immediately, and to make this Emergency Legislative Measure exceptionally public and available to all Houses and NGOs, QUANGOs, and related polities such as Crayter Republic, Med Force Enterprises, and the Independent Miners Guild, for the goals explained in §1.4.

§1.4 — To protect and support the victims of this new narcotic and to prevent its distribution. The Central Commission of the Provence System will coordinate with law enforcement and healthcare providers to ensure rehabilitation efforts are made available.

§1.5 — To study and analyze this psychotropic substance with urgency, ensuring findings are shared openly with all relevant entities, including all Houses, NGOs, QUANGOs, and law enforcement agencies. The Central Commission of the Provence System encourages collaboration, but without obligation, to enhance understanding and prevent further harm.

§1.6 — The Central Commission of the Provence System is available for contact on other channels by any interested Houses, NGOs, QUANGOs, and law enforcement agencies for further information, support, or collaboration regarding this Emergency Legislative Measure. We remain open to constructive dialogue and will provide assistance where needed to ensure the safety of all populations.
