5M has been deducted from [Bank]Bommel.I as the offending ship was a DHC shared, a sanction notification has been placed in the hold.

I assume this is the incident, which lead to this rule violation.
The junker was using a Pirate train, which is considered hostile by Rheinland according to ยง2.3.3.
My ID clearly states:

It was my understanding, that this would include the type of the ship as well, since it was communicated by the staff to the community, that legalization of the pirate train was the reason, why Freelancer IDs lost access to that ship type.
Since this is not the case, please state this here for the future-me.
In the future I will camp the player base with a cloaked ship, avoiding player-player interaction, to gather the docking evidence of the junker.
This will lead to the same violation report work for the staff team, but I will hopefully allowed to engange a person, who is trading with Daumanns primary enemy.
I've also written a player request to consider Junker ships as corporation, so they are included in the current ID lines for all corporations.
I understand what I did wrong.
I accept the punishment.
