Pleased to make your acquaintance. I am Commander Julius Fox, in charge of a relatively new Liberty Navy modular base in the Texas system, named Plano Outpost. I am contacting you because we are in need of construction expertise greater than the capabilities of our small Corps of Engineers detachment. My Ageira contacts already assisting with the needs of the rapidly expanding station pointed me your way and recommended your services.

Currently, my superiors are directing me to move quickly with the main plan for the station; to begin the construction of a shipyard of modest capabilities attached to Plano, to act as an ancillary facility to Norfolk, to relieve some of the strain on that facility. The Navy is prepared to pay a fair sum for the delivery and construction of the shipyard. The required materials are listed in the manifest below. Let us know your required compensation for each of the needed materials, your hauler's time, and your construction crew's labor and we will run your requirements up the chain for approval. Your ships will be added to the approved transponder list if we receive an affirmative response.

Our transponders have been realigned to allow your [DSE] callsign vessels to dock. The flight deck officer has been notified of your incoming deliveries and has prepared the payments, everything should be set for your employees arrival. Let me know if anything is amiss and I will personally ensure it is rectified as soon as possible. And ah, I had almost forgotten. It would probably be useful for your people to know where Plano Outpost is located, exactly. Plano is located between LPI Sugarland and Planet Houston, situated 10 klicks closer to Sugarland than Houston. You can't miss it. More specific coordinates follow.
