All Naval Forces assets on stand-by or on irregular duties without permanent postings at our battlegroups are to report to their closest Naval Garrison District for a debrief and potential temporary re-assignment as soon as possible.

In the light of recent sightings of the terrorist organization The Order surrounding Kusari space, the Shogun reached out to the Naval Operations Headquarters
to prepare for the eventuality of an increase of domestic terrorist attacks carried out by them or the disgraceful traitors of the Dragons.

Increased standard patrols have proven to be relatively inefficient to counter a network acting undercover in the fashion of the Order, however the "Chochinbi" Special Operations Division of the Office of Intelligence managed a remarkable feat which may just let us turn Kusari's wrath against these treacherous dogs and deliver a decisive blow to their operations.

Under guidance of the excellent scientists of "Chochinbi", Naval Intelligence studied several readings inside the Kurosawa Dust Cloud and pin pointed an unstable jump anomaly. Initial scouts led by the division came to the conclusion that this connection permits entry into the current homeworld of the Order. Due to the volatile nature of the jump anomaly, full scale operations are postponed until our joint R&D departments found a potential way to stabilize it.

The IKN-Numazu is assigned as contemporary spearhead of operations and started gathering additional data. In the attachment, pilots will find a first visual where we suspect the Order's stronghold and thus their strongest defensive perimeters to exist. All pilots partaking in operations out there are recommended to report all findings to the NOH Auxiliary Division.

Effective immediately:
All KNF and KOI units with capabilities to spare, are free to assemble in the vicinity of Heaven's Gate and spearhead disruptive operations into the Order's homeworld. Order assets and Blood Dragon vessels are to be targeted indiscriminately. Everyone else found aiding the Order is a collaborator and legitimate target depending on the circumstances.

To all actively deployed battlegroups and every mobile squadron.

The previous agenda is hereby temporarily postponed. KOI unit reports about an increase of Blood Dragon scouts unseen for many years urge us to remain cautious and adjust our course of action. The Lord Commander assumes that Ichigaya Drydock will be targeted over a delusional panic surrounding the latest research successes of the Empire. We will have to quell this foolish plan before we can return to our own agenda surrounding the Order terrorists.

In accordance to the results of the threat assessment conducted by the Lord Commander and the Admiralty, the following is effectively immediately:

All KNF and KOI squadrons with capabilities to spare are ordered to assemble in the vicinity of Heaven's Gate and and join the local KOI patrols in preparation for what we believe to be the Blood Dragons latest attempt at striking the Arch. Expect enemy reinforcements in form of Order terrorists. Do not underestimate either. Do not show mercy.

To all actively deployed battlegroups and every mobile squadron.

The precautionary action taken upon advice of the KOI led to a successful defense of the new revelations currently prototyped within the system. Despite significant damage to one of the structures caused by joint Dragon and Order terrorist assaults, the Chochinbi Division reports that the project can continue - albeit with setbacks until the damage has been repaired. Current risk assessments conclude that both terrorist groups exhausted their means and that permanently assigned units will suffice to handle the bulk of their sparse strike forces from here on. All mobile assets may return to previous assignments. The scope of the Anti-Order operations will be extended to the nest of the Dragon pest.

The Emperor and Shogun are incredibly pleased with everyones performance and upon personal recommendation by our Imperial Majesty, the Shogun and Prime Minister will host a ceremony in the Imperial District of New Tokyo to honor those committed to outstanding performances in pursuit of protecting the interests of the Empire.
