I am writing on behalf of the Rheinland Kaiserliche Polizei, seeking your insight into an emerging matter within our borders. In recent weeks, there have been reports of AI vessels sighted near Stuttgart and Omega-7. While Rheinland Polizei typically maintains a neutral stance toward AI vessels, the recent increase in their activity suggests more than routine navigation. Our radar station at Elbe has detected unusual movements, including several AI cruisers making their way toward Omega-3 via our tradelanes.

I am fully aware that reaching out to the Order on this matter may seem ... unorthodox, especially given our current relations. Ordinarily, I would avoid involving your organization directly. However, due to recent escalations, I am cautious to avoid prematurely alerting the Buro or the Military, who might interpret this as a greater threat without adequate information. This request comes from a place of pragmatism rather than protocol, recognizing that our respective organizations’ paths do not often cross smoothly, particularly in the Omegas and Sigmas.

Given the Order Overwatch unique position and intelligence network, we are hopeful that you may have encountered similar vessels or have knowledge of their intentions.

• Should Rheinland be prepared for potential conflict, or can we expect these interactions to remain benign?
  
• Are these vessels operating as scouts or preparatory forces for a larger presence?
  
• Are they equipped with specific technologies or weapon systems that we should be wary of?

• Do you have insights on how these AI entities organize and communicate, particularly if they are capable of coordinating with other forces or even utilizing stealth tactics to evade detection?
  
• Do you believe this behavior is simply an anomaly, or should we prepare for further incursions and possibly even direct interactions?
  

Our reports suggest that some of these vessels are utilizing tradelanes, possibly indicating an interest in our commercial or logistical routes.

Any insights into similar AI activities or known behavior patterns within Order-controlled territories would be highly valuable to us.
