[Ship Stats] Archon - During Mining, No Console message after cargo is full - Quasar Dynamics - 11-19-2024

Bug: New Archon Modular Miner - Console does not send a message during mining when the cargo is full.
Reproduction Steps:
- Log a Modular Miner "Archon" ship.
- Go to Earhart and mine Chirodebris.
- The console does not send any messages when the cargo is full.

Fiddled around with the code a bit, should be fixed with tomorrow's restart. Not closing until I confirm it's gone.
If not, please let me know if the warning fails to show both when mining into yourself and into another player, and with what ship the mining was conducted.

It works perfectly now and the console reports the messages fine
