Repair Suite Purchase Contract

Salutations. In accordance with my preliminary negotiations with one Mister Godwinson, consider this a more formal contract offer for a source-and-shipment contract to Planet Harris.

Essential Terms

Time for Performance: 2 weeks from acceptance.
Price: 100.000 sirian credits paid in full on delivery.
Performance: All items from the attached list must be sourced and delivered by the due-date for performance.
Risk of Loss: The Bowex) corporation bears risk of loss of the goods until they are delivered to the New Brunswick starport. Delivery of the goods to the starport will transfer risk of loss from the offeree to the offeror.
Warranties: The Bowex) corporation warrants that all items delivered will be functional at the time of delivery. Buyer has the right of inspection and revocation if goods are not functional. The Bowex) corporation makes no other warranties except as proscribed prior.

1x Administration terminal compatible with Gen 3 LGX-1300 series NeuralNet parsing nodes
2x Workbenches suitable for industrial repairs, approximately 2m x .5m. Deviations from proscribed size are acceptable.
1x 07 Bolt Driver Set
1x Arc Cutter
5x Vises (Medium)
2x Vises (Large)
10x Vises (Small)
2x 3m Straps (Ratcheting)
2m NeuralNet ethercords
1x Electrical Generator (H-FUEL or MOX)
