Suffice to say it's been some time since I have spoken to one of the Gammu, so pardon me if I come off a bit.. how shall I put it.. on edge.

Battlegroup Ouroboros is a Kusari-based paramilitary organization whose ranks consist of both native Kusari and foreign nationals seeking to serve the cause in aspiration of establishing a more progressive, egalitarian and open Kusari. As a first generation Kusari myself, hailing from the cradle of mankind - I have also personal grievances with the house that succeeded my birth nation and one of its' corporations, Kishiro for putting me in the situation I find myself in today - 834 years separated from my family.

Our cause is that of liberation and self-determination, moving our house forward whilst not forgetting the culture and positive values that it holds, whilst eradicating the feudal and heavily hierarchical society that Kusari has become, a twisted parody of Edo-era Japan.

That being said, It is nice, having for a time been part of Zoner society as a resident of and later Administrator of Freeport 11, to make contact with the Gammu again, even if personal issues with the PRIME AI had been present in the past as we discussed before. That being said, whilst we don't expect to be active in the Omicrons, having friends in the region may be beneficial. We do have some human-compiled AI within our ranks, and treat them fairly as per factional doctrine, affording them emancipation and self-determination.

On a more crucial matter, you said you are fighting for a more 'progressive' Kusari. The term is not familiar to 'me'. Some problems that are important for humans are not specially those we should care. However, in the case of success of your goal, what will happen after?

As for your question as to our aspirations, Kusari suffers from racial and gendered discrimination, as well as social hierarchies configured in a fashion that would likely be considered even more illogical than us humans usually are. We seek to put an end to this discrimination, remove these hierarchies and establish a system of governance that is fairer and more transparent.

In total, we seek:

The dissolution of the current Kusari state that relies on a monarchy run by the Shogun, and replacement with a Prime Minister elected by the people.
Reformation of Kusari's lacking political structure, implementing a ranked choice voting system.
Establishing a balance of self-governance and authority between prefectures and the federal government that ensures autonomy while protecting and preserving essential rights and freedoms.
The reformation of the Kusari Kaigun into a exclusively defensive force.
The nationalization and establishment of unions for the major Keiretsu.
The declassification of all documents relating to crimes against humanity and Kusari done by all predecessor states.
Illegalization of gender, race, sexual, religious or other discrimination in any capacity.
Nationalization of Major health systems to provide for the wellbeing of the people of Kusari.
The expulsion of Synth Foods from Kusari, and benefits for domestic and foreign trade involving local agriculture and technology to remain competitive with House Liberty.
Establishment of universal healthcare and basic income to eradicate inequality and inequity.
Promote research into the sciences, especially those that undermine the toxic addiction of Cardamine, among other technologies.

That being said, yes - obviously your kind has little concern for our aspirations. But that is not to say we do not sympathize - if such can be comprehended - with the plight of the Gammu, given what the Core has done to your kind lately. Given our victory, we could potentially see state recognition of the Gammu AI as a protected species and see potential diplomatic relations. That is likely far into the horizon, however - we are only now preparing to move forward towards home once more.
