Admin notice: Player sanctioned - Jihadjoe - 05-17-2009
Naive.Stagg/Murdja has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 17th may '09 for:
Quote:5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not re-engage the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.
Consequences: You're losing all the guns and credits on both characters.
Notes: You do -not- get a bigger ship and take revenge after you get killed. Leave it a good four hour before you even think about attacking the same guy.

BIG mistake mate he didnt get killed by murdja.
here is the sotry....
we all saw the BHG cruiser and he went to get in back up. so he brang his cruiser.
HE WAS NOT KILLED 4 HOURS AGO SO I SUGGEST YOU REMOVE THE SANCTION HE IS A GOOD MAN!
there is a lot of controversy in the order now i was there with him he is innocent.

I believe I know what and why this happened. If this was in the same instance in which I saw him last...
I was flying on Kaira.Rin, my Order gunboat, when we engaged a large number of BHG| capital ships. Murdja killed one who was a few K out, then came to assist us. At this point I died, and fazed out the battle. It sounds more like a griping BHG| ship. I don't know about Naive.Stagg, I never saw him in the battleground.

Unless you are DIRECTLY involved please don't post. If there is an issue with this sanction then I need to hear it from the man who was sanctioned.
