Working as a Freelancer has it's advantages. NHI businesses saw me travel all throughout Sirius. I've visited Liberty, Rheinland, Kusari and Bretonia. I've admired the Taus, got lost in the gas pockets of the Sigmas, saw the misery of the miners in Omegas. I even had unspeakably terrifying encounters in the Omicrons. Long story short, I've seen enough and I am ready to scale down my activities and focus on managing Elcano.
But I am also interested in expending my own portfolio outside NHI. Hence, I've been told that DSE is publicly trading shares and this peaked my interest. Our previous talks convinced me that you are reliable, your mining operations and refined materials are top notch, the ships you manufacture are up to a very select standard. Therefore, I am interested in acquiring some shares in your company. But I am unsure about the process. So can you please guide me in what I need to do in order obtain said shares?

Indeed, I've seen this multiple times already: the feedback of the shareholders has priority. But my reason for wanting to expend my portfolio is different: I've seen your company at work, I enjoyed what I saw, therefore I want to invest in it.

I must admit, I did not expect a company as large as yours to have a limit on the shares available to sel. At the same time, I also understand the pragmatism of the decision.
