Guten Tag Bristol Constructions,

This is Grimwald of Weiss Shipping. We're on the matter of our Bulwark Abendrot, the vessel is known as IND-BRI00013-J834 in your database.
She suffered very heavy damage and we would require a safety check from your technicians as it is our first Bulkwark-class vessel. The Abendrot would be leaving it's dock in Alster and be transferred to Bristol Bay Station Docks on the 5th of this month. If no bay is free she will idle in orbit around the Station at a reasonable distance until the vessel can be received for maintenance.

The Abendrot IND-BRI00013-J834 was put together and repaired in Alster using all data we were provided during the purchase by myself and Weiss affiliated technicians. Yet before it should be re-instated into it's work environment we consider a manufacturer check up as necessary.

I will be on board the vessel for direct Payment regarding Maintenance, Usage of your facilities including docking bay during the stay and any other costs that arise during our time spend while being in your care.

On a Second Topic we ask you if it is possible to acquire custom fit armaments for the Bulwark-chasis. I am interested in removing the standard issue lines that are currently set-up to exchange with:
• 2x RK-41BC Particle Repeater
• 3x BC Particle Pulse Accelerator Cannon
My Inquiry stands as: Would Bristol Constructions produce armaments such as those desired; Or in the possibility of a inability; Would Bristol Constructions be able to help in this request to acquire said armaments to fit them to the vessel?

My name is Esme Blake and I will be handling this communication. I would like to extend my deepest sympathies for you and your organization, as well as the unfortunate events which have led to this talk in the first place.

Bristol would be more than happy to perform extensive inspections for the Abendrot, as well as to begin preparations in construction for the desired weaponry, though I must regretfully inform you of current difficulties here at Bristol. Due to administrative complications, we are unable to begin your orders as requested at this time, though we will be taking the period to begin required purchases of Copper, Iridium, Silver, Energy Field Equipment, and Ablative Armor Plating. We will inform you as soon as administrative difficulties pass.

The listed order of two (2) RK-41BC Particle Repeater and three (3) BC Particle Pulse Accelerator Cannon will cost a total of 23.800.000 sc. Bristol is, however, willing to provide a discount depending upon the current weapons configuration aboard the Abendrot, accepting of course that the weapons will require inspection and possible refurbishment.

Greetings Frau Blake,

A new year brings new administrative warp-storms in the office. I / We understand this at charged scale. The Abendrot will arrive in a few system hours, the vessel and I will enter idle until Bristol's sky clears towards the matter of facilitating the weaponry. The named cost is acceptable, credits are able to change ownership at convenience.

For the current installed set, those are rather negligible. Naming two RK-89 BC "Breacher" Plasma Cannon and a mixture of one Flak paired with 2 Basic BC Turrets. You can have those at no cost if you need spare parts, though it fills my cerebrum with doubts as standard open-source armaments usually rest in shelves and take up space.

I will meet Bristol Constructions soon.

As mentioned towards Frau Blake; the credits in full sum are already prepared and local on the vessel itself. The sum is ready to be transferred once the order is ready for the pick-up. Time is not of the essence for me.

We as Weiss also face partial comparable difficulties due to a recent internal ownership transfer of us as a whole, administrative chaos strikes without taking hostages. I suggest Bristol proceeds in a manageable speed. The armaments are ready when they are ready.
