Hello everyone!
I'm returning after a very long hiatus from the game. I played back around 2018-2020, but unfortunately lost my original account because my old PC died, and I couldn't get the data recovered from the hard drive. I used to fly an Atlantis Class Carrier for Liberty called the LNS Adrael. I'm looking forward to building back up to that point with my new account, though I think I'll try to go for a bit more lore accurate of a name for my ship next time! Safe flying everyone!

Thanks, but I can't recall my sign in information for my original Forum Account. Tried all my usual e-mails and none of them allowed me to do password resets. I've just decided to go for it on farming credits the old fashioned way. I'm already up to enough to grab a Serenity and start farming in earnest today. My Trade Route should net me the money for my Carrier in about 3 hours and 30 minutes of farming.

If you don't get an answer in an acceptable timeframe then it's worth to ping them in the admin-lounge on the official discord server. They are probably have many things to do or just simple missed your request.

Hello and Welcome Back!
The staff have their hands full atm, we just finished an event with 100+ players involved this weekend. There are a lot of things to process, from rewards to reports.
If you give them a little bit of time to sort and prioritize, they will contact you and do their best to recover your accounts - if possible.
Enjoy the game and get reacquainted with the mechanics - there are a lot of new things!
If you have Discord, there are a lot of factions that are active with players that can help you!

Thank you both, you are so sweet. I'm currently playing. There has been quite a change, but this is a pleasing situation. The only downside is not being able to spend as much time playing the game as before. That's why it will take so long to save money and buy a ship. I hope the admins hear my scream and shower me with money
