Incoming Transmission
SENDER: Marshal Corentin Auch
RECIPIENT: The Gallic Union Licensing & Permits Office, Rheinland Police

Bonjour,

I am requesting a license on behalf of the Rheinland Police as follows:

Name and affiliation: Rheinland Police
Accompanying documentation: IFF and IF = Rheinland Police, Neutral with Gallic Factions by default
Category: Exemption from LAW §2.7. FOREIGN MILITARY PRESENCE
What exactly do you want to request? Access to Rheinland Police Transports and escorts to Gallia
- Addition to Exemptions
- Section Ic. SHEET OF APPROVED FOREIGN MILITARY PRESENCE:
"Rheinland Police transports and any snub craft escorts with up to two gunboats per trade vessel"

What is its intended destination (cargo), use (technology), purpose (military presence), and reasoning (additional licenses)?: With the establishment of the Rheinland - Gallia highway there has been a large uptick in criminal activity attempting to disrupt the main trade path to our house. We have already initiated temporary contracts with the KPR to allow for prisoner exchange, but we need a more long-term solution. A global exemption from law §2.7. is required for our full cooperation and exchange of prisoners, technology and resources. We expect the same to be reciprocated from the Rheinland side.

Quote:Applications for section IIIc: Approved military presence for entire factions requires the agreement of Official Gallic Law Enforcement Authorities' High Commands. Licenses for individuals do not.p

I am hereby confirming as the highest ranking Gendarme, that the Gallic Navy Combined Fleet agrees with the above.

Proof of 200,000 credits sent to Gallic.Union bank account: Here

To Rheinland Police representatives: Please confirm the above!

Regards,

Corentin Auch
Maréchal des Logis-Chef
Gendarmerie
Gallic Navy Flotte Combinée

SUBJECT: RE: Rheinland Police Transport & Escort Licensing Confirmation

Bonjour,

As requested by Marshal Corentin Auch
The Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands (KPR) acknowledges and confirms the request regarding exemption from LAW §2.7. FOREIGN MILITARY PRESENCE for Rheinland Police transports and escorts operating in Gallia.

We appreciate the Gallic Gendarmerie’s willingness to formalize our cooperation, ensuring the security of the Rheinland-Gallia trade corridor. Given the rise in criminal activities threatening lawful commerce, this agreement will allow our forces to work together in enforcing order, protecting trade convoys, and facilitating lawful prisoner exchanges.

In accordance with the terms outlined:
  • Rheinland Police transports and any snub craft escorts will be permitted in Gallia.
  • Up to two gunboats per trade convoy may be deployed for security.
  • We expect reciprocal access for the Gallic Gendarmerie within Rheinland, under similar conditions.
  • The KPR stands in full agreement with this arrangement and is awaiting formal approval from the Rheinland Government, which we anticipate will be a simple formality.
We appreciate this step toward greater security and cooperation between our Houses and look forward to working alongside the Gallic Gendarmerie to ensure safe passage for lawful commerce.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Freyja Wolf
Inspektorin der Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands
