Cash dissappered - caglar.guneysi - 03-23-2025
Around 16:00, I made a money transfer between my two characters. However, I noticed that the transfer did not go through. It was a 4 million credit transfer between my characters, Transit.Caglar and Caglar. I would appreciate your assistance.

Start by checking your DSAce logs located in your Freelancer savegame folder. (For me its Documents\My Games\Freelancer). You might have made a typo ro something. If not, the Admin team should be able to help you.

Server crashed around the time of this thread, which may be related.

I checked my log file, and at 16:00:04, it says "You have received 4.000.000 credits from Transit.Caglar". This means the transfer was successful.
However, I still can't see the money in my account. I tried restarting the game, but the issue persists. Could an admin help me with this?
edit: If necessary, I can share the full log file as a TXT document with the admins.

If you are in the Discord, message the admins in the help channel, and they might be able to verify from backups and help. Otherwise, I'd submit a player request below (or do both if you can).
