Hello, everyone. My name is Albert, lead of the Starfliers.

Within our company we have a process of self improvement, and the results of this process I would like to make available to someone who reads and acts on this message.

We have under our possession a custom made scanner used for studying the Baxter Anomalies. It is my intention to part with this scanner via an auction arrangement, as both to share technology but also to help fund our scientific and exploratory projects.

I have opened up read-only access to the document detailing aspects of the scanner here. This particular unit took us quite a bit of time to construct, as the components used are extremely rare and fragile.

Due to the capabilities of the scanner, I have determined a reasonable starting point for the bid is: 30,000,000 sc. You may make increasing offers on this custom scanner, and the individual or organization with the highest bid by April 9th can claim it with free installation into a "Corvo"-Class Explorer.

In the future, we hope to share more and more if our projects are successful enough.
