Esteemed representatives of our Bretonian friends.

We reach out to you today to express a shared desire by several of our Ministries to conduct a state visit to New London.

Our mutual commitment to stabilizing the Tau region, as well as our ongoing classified cooperation in regards to the Dublin crisis were highlighted as urgent topics requiring face-to-face conversations by our Imperial Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Additionally, the Minister of Culture and Tourism wishes to send a representative to discuss several ideas surrounding intercultural exchange.
As it so happens, we would also seize the opportunity to relieve Ambassador Tomioka Tessai of his duties and arrive with the newly nominated Ambassador to Bretonia, Sakai Takumi.

We would like to schedule our visit as soon as next week if possible. Matters of mutual escort force arrangements can be attended to once we have reached an agreement on a for you convenient timeframe.
