The deal is to more or less leave each other alone and pay each other in favors for favors in return. I've been shipping them anti-rads that we have in stockpile and have no use for since we evac'd Kepler. This buys me the ability to call on them for assistance in combat against the usual plethora of idiots we fight.

They were hoping for more and in the form of guns only we produce but I didn't quite trust them enough to give them down payment on something you might consider "proprietary" without a serious incentive beforehand. But I might consider revising this decision if they prove useful in helping us clean up Ontario going forward.
