Background: Ansem didn't grow up with his parents. He was always a troubled child. He'd pick fights with his brothers just for attention. He ran away when he was 14 and finished his maturing in the slums of Manhattan. It toughened him up a bit and he learned how to steal and hack for money and food. He had a minor run in with the LPI and spent some time in Juvi until he was returned to his mother. By this time, Jason had left for the CR. When Jason's trade convoy was destroyed by Nomads and Jason made his way back to Manhattan, he and Ansem hooked up for some honest work. Ansem decided he and Jason could use a little more cash than they were getting. He helped a Hacker called Operations hack a large Liberty Bank. They were caught and had to flee into the Magellan system to join up with a group of Hackers to escape the law. He took his father's old callsign Reconciliation and began his career as a pirate, never to see his family again. That is... unless he meets Jason in space again.

Background: Allen is a rowdy kid. He grew up around Jason and Ansem so he can hold his own in bar fights, which he tends to get into a lot. He is real cocky and has a discipline problem. He is always in trouble with a senior officer whenever he comes to see Jason and Synyster. Jason has to bail him out of trouble a lot which usually means Jason has to go on extra patrols with Synyster. His adeptness of problem causing earned him the callsign Schism. He is young and still learning the basics but he has the potential to be a damn good pilot one day if he can get over his problem with authority. As for now, he makes his living the same way Sysnyster used to. He flies Synyster's old ship and kills whoever he gets paid to. A bit young to be a Merc but he does what he can with it. He also trains with the Colonials as well as his brother Ansem in the Hackers so he manages to be a pretty good pilot.

Background: Ansem was among the original Colonials who made it to the Sirius galaxy. Among settling in the Taus, he was captured by the Outcasts for being a ranking officer. He undergoed about 15 years of Mania Interrogation through use of Cardimine. Jason and his brothers broke their father out of the Outcast prison and returned him into CR hands. After undergoing some Mania reversal, he managed to be able to fly transports for the CR. Now he can't do much more than fly his Train around space, mining and trading for his once glorious Faction.
