Good day, friends. This is Don Emilio Santini.

We have recently heard reports of a problematic pilot, one Ryuujin Jakka. From the helm of his Tridente-class gunship, he has harassed and fired upon a valued employee, directly disobeyed and disrespected the Council of Dons, and is guilty of other offenses that you may be aware of already.

This man is no longer to be considered a citizen of the Nation of Malta. A drastic step, but a necessary one. If he wishes to make amends, the option may or may not be available; we do not expect him to try, so we have not debated that point yet.

We cannot yet declare him an enemy of Malta, however. Attempting to get everyone to agree on that at this time would be akin to convincing the Colonials not to be a bunch of self-righteous fools. But it is safe to say that none of us will care if, for example, Ms. Almira and Ms. Rivetti destroy his ship to claim a bounty someone else put on this pilot.

So... Im thinking... Its a bad idea to allow this "Rebel" to hang onto his Outcast ID. I did not expect him to stop me, and i will not make that mistake again.

Today, while on a patrol in Tau-37, I met traitor Ryuujin Jakka near the Freeport. As it turns out, he has a new recruit, another traitor to the Maltese nation. His name is: Stray[X]Outcast. After some exchange of words, backups came from Omicron Alpha and shortly after that fight ensued. I managed to severely damage Jakka's ship with Nova torpedoes and SNAC shots so that senor Drobex (flying Tridente) could easily destroy Jakka's ship. Stray[X]Outcast was also killed by senor Rafael from the 101st.

He is only one of many who have come to me seeking justice. Please do not worry about my ship though. It may have been destroyed but I have plenty of spare parts and credits stashed away from all the slave and cardamine transports I've been annihilating. Although I'm sure you already know this.

It was clearly an error in judgment on my part to even think for a moment you dogs would not start a war by Freeport 10. Unbelievable Even Later that day I was being tracked to Baffin by more Outcast slaves less cunning than myself, threatening me within a NFZ system. To me it would appear the Dons are losing their ability to control their people. The Outcast nation is slowly falling into a haven of fools fixated on retaliation. The louder they scream traitor... the more likely they are to toss away the justice of the world, to seek their own form of justice.
