I am not sure is this the wright place to ask this,but here it goes.
When I was activating Discovery mod I have set up for SP to have max money and be friendly with all factions.So when I buy any cap ship(tried Osiris,Order light carrier and Liberty dreadnought)I can't mount any weapon on it.It says that I have to be in friendllier terms to buy it.But my rep is almost full green with all factions,two boxes are missing for full rep.
So I am asking is this the reason for not being able to buy any weapon,does in really needes to be full rep for buying cap ships weapons?
I don't know because I don't have any cap ship on server in MP.

I have the same problem in SP which is why I have to keep going to Conn to test my loadouts each time I change it...And yes you need full rep.

Yes it has to be full green to buy weapons for a cruiser and above, this just means do a couple of missions in s GB first.
Also, this should probably be put in help requests.

edit:question,how to unstuck from base,since I can't use /stuck like in MP?
I got stucked with GB on Isis.

I got stucked with GB on Isis.
Hit the thruster key whilst it is in the loading screen after you hit launch.
Apart from that, go back to Ioncross FL Character Editor and change base location.
(I experienced the same problem.)

If you want I can write a quick tutorial on how to change the weapons into being buyable while neutral to the faction... but you'd have to change it back before you play on the official server again.

Thanks,but no,I won't go so drastic in changing FL stuff.I have done few missions and already bought Order light carrier,and bought weapons,but now I can't undock from station.I get stucked everytime.:(
edit:ok,I don't like this.I get stucked with every ship bigger then VHF.At least in omicron minor bases.
Is it everywhere like this?
there is no point of buying and testing cap ships in SP if get stucked everywhere.

Use Ion Cross FL character editor to move your char to another base.
TIP: Newark station and Fort Bush style bases, in addition to planets are the best for SP cap undocking.

tutorial for buying cruiser gear.
STEP ONE: use ioncross to raise all factions reputation to full.(use the slider for all factions.)
STEP TWO: use ioncross to move your chracter to the closest system to a gaurd station.
STEP THREE: buy all of the gear you need.
STEP FOUR: have fun killing transports in a cruiser.
does anyone feel silly for not knowing that ioncross has a reputation editer?
