Admin notice: Player fined - Jihadjoe - 05-22-2009
Imperator has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 22nd may '09 for:
Quote:3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies. Fines will be levied according to the severity of the offence, and the number of times it has occurred.
Quote:3.5 Attempts to pose as admins and attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Applying to admin's name without prior consent of the admin is never allowed.
Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.
Consequences: Fined all your credits.
Notes: Couple of notes here. First of these, don't spam out of character rubbish while you're getting pirated. It's not cool and no-one likes you when you do it.
The second note, threatening people with sanctions is wrong. Especialy when they've done nothing wrong.
I was only going to take 60% of your credits for the six lines of ooc chat, but then I thought that perhaps being a little more forceful was required given the content of your OOC spam.
