[Systems/Bases] Foyle Shipyard's "Bar" causes a game crash - MasterL410 - 08-16-2025

Bug: Foyle Shipyard offers a bar, but if you click on the bar, your game crashes.
Reproduction Steps:
- Go to Foyle Shipyard
- See there is no bar available.
- Go to e.g. the ship vendor.
- Now you see, there is a bar symbol and a commodity seller. The commodity seller does not cause issues.
- Click on the bar. The game will crash to desktop.
Additional Information: Tried 3 times to confirm.
