[Server Config] Wild Unable to Dock on Wendigo Bases - Goddess Astra - 08-23-2025

Bug: Wild cannot dock on Wendigo bases.
Reproduction Steps:
- Attempt to dock with Fort Leniex on a Wild-IDed ship.
- Receive a message that doing so would blow my cover.
Additional Information: This isn't a bug, per se, but it makes it very difficult to put a Wendigo ID on Wild ships in this transitional period. If this isn't something that the staff are willing to relax in the short term, that's fine, but it would make it a lot easier if Wild could dock on Wendigo bases (at least for the next few days) so that Vagrant infectees can easily acquire new IDs for their ships.

Fixed up the ShipClassItem config to solve this. From the next server restart, Wild IDs should be able to dock on Wendigo bases and vice versa. Wendigo IDs will inherit much of the same docking restrictions as Wild IDs.
