Not only we were quite flustered to be ambushed without a single warning, it is almost inconceivable now to avert our comrades from ruing and feeling rabid for the destruction of our vessel. If the event in question was a deliberate attack that your Council itself gave a voucher for, you must expect a rapid decay in our overall approach against your people.
We are giving you one last prospect to tag your stance towards us. If you attempt to circumvent this warning and fail to elucidate the reasons of this plight in 24 hours, you will earn a new foe.

It seems the Corsairs are willing to ignore our neutrality against them because of the fact that we are allied with Red Hessians. They are obviously lazy to read deeper into our efforts to stay away from the Hispanic conflict to say the least. Only a couple of hours ago, our Hessian colleagues witnessed to Duisburg's being assaulted by a bloody pack of Corsairs in Omege-11, just to be dragged to Freital for repairs.
Let this be known that we will not take it lightly to suffer anymore losses, despite the fact that allocating additional reserves to fight the Corsairs might give us a hard time, while we have the Liberty menace on our doorstep. Despite this, any Corsair vessel in sight is to be acknowledged as a hostile target until further notice.

We are somewhat surprised by this act of hostility by our newer, younger, inexperienced breathren, the HAF.
Sadly, this is not the first time some diplomatic 'incident' has occured with regard to this group but I assure you, they will be 'informed' and there will be repercussions.
I should, in their defence claim youth and inexperience and the fact that the target appears to be of Hessian design. Unfortunately, their scanners appear to be malfunctioning with regard to your ID and as such, please feel free to take any grievence out with them personally, with no fear of repercussions from the Council any time you come across them in your ZOI.
We would hate for our relationship with you to be soured by this unfortunate incident as the Council do not wish for any hostilities between Corsairs and Unioners.
