OC Dread retexturing - Divine - 05-30-2009
Alright, I came along the two OC battleship class ships in Omicron-Alpha these days and had the chance to see them sitting next to each other for a comparison.
And I recognized the OC Dread having the same texture-skin as in 4.84, but the OC Battleship got a new one. (next to the optical changes to the ship itself)
So my question is:
Should the OC Dreadnought be brought in line to the Borderworld series by giving it a BW-skin?
No changes to the ships stats shall be made, its just a cosmetic thing.

morgan has indeed been working on one, and it was in the process of skinning but due to certain circumstances, the texturing part was cancelled and the model lays there textureless. perhaps if someone could texture his model, or create a new one and texture that (which fits in line with the outcast line ofcourse), would be good?
the blimp is cool, but id rather see it get replaced soon.

A new model can be discussed of course, and if a new model, a more Borderworld-ish model, is be made and implemented, iam fine with that, as long as its fits in line with the rest of the OC ships.
But then again, the new ship-model should use the BW-textures and not that brown-skinnish design the OC Dreadnought got right now.
