Konnichiwa honorable representatives of the Kusari Naval Forces. I apologize for having to come to you with this sort of message. Just today I was attacked without warning or provocation by one of your pilots by the name of Huang Fang, flying a Kusari gunboat. This scum destroyed my ship outside of Shinagawa station for no reason what-so-ever. He claimed I was "pirating" a Junker vessel coming through the New Tokyo system. Pirating... ME... A Junker using a smuggler ID...
I will not stand for this sort of blatant disregard for my honor and demand his immediate arrest and conviction under Kusari Imperial Law. The honorable Hogosha will not be treated in this manner. If the KNF does not handle this internally this pilot will be placed on our list of enemies of the state and destroyed on sight.
