Having just spoken to Hoodlum I can confirm that YOU were banned for 14 days, given that you started a new account that one got banned as well. So in short when the new account was created the ban started again. As it will continue to do if you create new accounts to circumvent this ban.
To sum up: You are banned for 14 days. You will stay off the server for 14 days.
Edit: I only posted that sanction, the subsequent actions were performed after that by other Admins.
